Refund policy

Returns and Refunds:

  • All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, Mums Bakehouse cannot accept refunds, returns or exchanges.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared and are ready for pick up or shipping. If you still would like to cancel your order, you will not be refunded.
  • We only offer refunds if you can provide sufficient evidence that you received the incorrect or faulty product. 
  • We do not offer refunds if:
    • Your dough is spoilt due to it being unattended for an extended period of time
    • Your dough has been redelivered to the sender due to incorrect shipping information
    • Your order was not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Mums Bakehouse is not responsible for a delay in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • Mums Bakehouse is not responsible for theft or damage to your product if left unattended at shipping address. 
  • Mums Bakehouse is not responsible for a delay in shipping due to issues with the courier
  • Mums Bakehouse makes no guarantee of shipping times
