Shipping policy

We ship out on Tuesdays with an order cut-off time of 4pm PST on Mondays. Your package should arrive 2-3 days after being shipped. If a federal holiday falls on a Tuesday, we will ship that Wednesday or the following Tuesday. 

Once your package has arrived, open the box immediately! We use insulation and ice packs to keep our dough cool but the dough will need to be put in the fridge or freezer as soon as it arrives. Our dough is enjoyed best within 10 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
