Our classic recipe with a vegan spin! With close family members that are both gluten free and vegan, we reworked our original chocolate chip cookie recipe (again) so they could enjoy cookies too!
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour Blend (Rice Flour, *Oat Flour), Plant Butter (Canola, Coconut and Sunflower oils, Water, Sunflower Lecithin, Faba Bean Protein, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Glucose, Beta Carotene (color)), Chocolate (Cane Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter), Org Sugar, Water, Molasses, Flax Seed, Baking Soda, Vanilla Extract, Salt, Xanthan Gum. *Certified Gluten Free Oat Flour

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place 1-inch dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on the tray. Enjoy!
If frozen, thaw overnight in your fridge before baking.
