Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Our classic recipe with a vegan spin! With close family members that are both gluten free and vegan, we reworked our original chocolate chip cookie recipe (again) so they could enjoy cookies too!
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour Blend (Rice Flour, Oat Flour), Plant Butter (Canola, Coconut and Sunflower oils, Water, Sunflower Lecithin, Faba Bean Protein, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Glucose, Beta Carotene (color)), Chocolate (Cane Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter), Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Water, Flax Seed, Baking Soda, Natural Flavors, Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Made in a shared kitchen that also processes Eggs, Fish, Peanuts, Tree-nuts, Shellfish, and Wheat. Made on equipment shared with Dairy, Eggs, Soy and Tree-nuts. Made by Celiacs who take allergens seriously and work hard to avoid cross-contamination.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 1-inch dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 14-16 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on the tray. Enjoy!
If frozen, thaw overnight in your fridge before baking.
