Inspired by Natalie’s favorite homemade candy, English Toffee, we combine toffee, pecans, and chocolate and add it to our original brown butter cookie base. This cookie dough is the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and chocolate-y. What more could you ask for?
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour Blend (Rice Flour, Oat Flour), Butter, Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Chocolate (Cane Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter), Pecans, Toffee (Sugar; Vegetable Oil [Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil], Butter, Almonds, Contains 2% or less of: Salt, Soy Lecithin, Chocolate), Water, Flax Seed, Natural Flavors, Baking Soda, Xanthan Gum, Salt.

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 1-inch dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 14-16 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on the tray. Enjoy!
If frozen, thaw overnight in your fridge before baking.
