Soft and chewy, our take on the classic cinnamon cookie!

Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour Blend (Rice Flour, Oat Flour), Plant Butter (Palm and Palm Kernel Oil, Water, Sunflower Oil, Pea Protein, Sunflower Lecithin, Lactic Acid, Natural Flavor, Annatto (color), Vitamin A Palmitate), White Sugar, Water, Flax Seed, Cinnamon, Natural Flavors, Baking Soda, Cream of Tartar, Xanthan Gum, Salt.

Allergen Information: Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free, Egg-Free, Soy-Free 

Made in a shared kitchen that also processes Dairy, Eggs, Fish, Peanuts, Tree-nuts, Shellfish, and Wheat. Made on equipment shared with Dairy, Eggs, Soy and Tree-nuts. Made by Celiacs who take allergens seriously and work hard to avoid cross-contamination. 

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 1-inch dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 14-16 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on the tray. Enjoy!

If frozen, thaw overnight in your fridge before baking.

Shipping Info:

We ship out on Tuesdays with a cut-off time of 4pm PST on Mondays. Your package should arrive 2-3 days after being shipped. If a federal holiday falls on a Tuesday, we will ship that Wednesday or the following Tuesday. 

Once your package has arrived, open the box immediately! We use insulation and ice packs to keep our dough cool but the dough will need to be put in the fridge or freezer as soon as it arrives. Our dough is enjoyed best within 10 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
