Zested Orange Cookie (Vegan)

This cookie was born out of a “tiredness” for lemon desserts. We wanted a cookie that still satisfied the need for citrus but was also distinctly orange. We use orange zest to carry over the taste of a freshly squeezed orange in each bite.

Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour Blend (Rice Flour, Oat Flour), Plant Butter (Palm and Palm Kernel Oil, Water, Sunflower Oil, Pea Protein, Sunflower Lecithin, Lactic Acid, Vanilla Extract, Annatto (color), Vitamin A Palmitate), White Sugar, Water, Orange, Flax Seed, Baking Soda, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavors, Salt.
