Vegan Zested Orange Cookie Dough

This cookie dough was born out of a “tiredness” for lemon desserts. We wanted a cookie that still satisfied the need for citrus but was also distinctly orange. We use orange zest to carry over the taste of a freshly squeezed orange in each bite. 

Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour Blend (Rice Flour, Oat Flour), Plant Butter (Canola, Coconut and Sunflower oils, Water, Sunflower Lecithin, Faba Bean Protein, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Glucose, Beta Carotene (color)), White Sugar, Water, Orange, Flax Seed, Baking Soda, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavors, Salt.

Made in a shared kitchen that also processes Dairy, Eggs, Fish, Peanuts, Tree-nuts, Shellfish, and Wheat. Made on equipment shared with Dairy, Eggs, Soy and Tree-nuts. Made by Celiacs who take allergens seriously and work hard to avoid cross-contamination.

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 1-inch dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 14-16 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on the tray. Enjoy!

If frozen, thaw overnight in your fridge before baking.
