This cookie dough was born out of a “tiredness” for lemon desserts. We wanted a cookie that still satisfied the need for citrus but was also distinctly orange. We use orange zest to carry over the taste of a freshly squeezed orange in each bite.
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour Blend (Rice Flour, *Oat Flour), Plant Butter (Canola, Coconut and Sunflower oils, Water, Sunflower Lecithin, Faba Bean Protein, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Glucose, Beta Carotene (color)), Org Sugar, Water, Orange, Flax Seed, Baking Soda, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavors, Salt. *Certified Gluten Free Oat Flour

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place 1-inch dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on the tray. Enjoy!
If frozen, thaw overnight in your fridge before baking.
